Pricelist of Architectural Services

Architectural projects are so different in scope, intensity and specification, so that is impossible to create an exact uniform price list. We make the bid price for you for free after the planned construction site inspection, and your specifications for the project.

However, indicative prices of project documentation are based on the total investment cost of construction. They range from 2% to 5% of the total investment. The project documentation includes all project phases (Architectural Study, Project for planning permission, Project for building permission, detailed construction design). Generally the higher the price of investment is, the lower is percentage for the project documentation.

Approximate price of investment is calculated on the basis of useful area for future construction and purpose of its use. The price also takes into account the location.

Some indicative prices for the calculation of the investment:
Family House 850 až 1200€/m2 (in dependence on standard of the building materials)
Detached House 4 flors approximately 1000€/m2
Office building approximately 1300€/m2
